I have been on a quest for the best pair of raw denim denim to wear exclusively for the next 6 months.  It’s been a toss up between PRPS, Nudie, WESC and Jean Shop.  On a whim, I tried on a pair of Nudies at Next and, well was a bit flattered.  First and foremost, I was advised to scale down from a 36 to a 34!  I have not worn that size since college (over a decade, okay), so the thought of doing do so was, well complimentary.  After trying on a pair of there 999 SEKs the rest was history.  Raw denim is a bit addicting like sushi and the subtle stitch, label and salvage detailing of trademark Nudies are second to none. The process requires that you do not wash the denim for 6 months and, as a minimalist, I am really excited to not have to wear anything but this pair right here. Stay tuned as I will update through the break-in process.
