Authentic Sushi: Masa Bistro

I was turned on to a Japanese sushi-ya in Columbus, OH that I am told is absolutely the most authentic sushi outside of Japan in the Midwest (and possibly beyond).  Can’t wait to check it out.

I am told they have Ankimo (monkfish liver).  That is more rare than nato (served on occasion in one sushi-ya) here in Cleveland.  Can’t wait.
